Olivia Frye specializes in emotional and behavioral issues ranging from mild to severe mental health disorders. She is often described as kind, compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental, ethical, direct, and respectful. Olivia feels privileged and is honored to accompany and empower people on their therapeutic journey of growth and change.

Olivia’s therapeutic training includes Certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and is an International Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I).  She is licensed and experienced in providing treatment of Trauma (sexual abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and interpersonal abuse), anxiety, depression, gambling-related issues, grief/loss, relationship issues and a multitude of mental health diagnoses.

Lauryn is a Licensed Social Worker with a certificate in Child Welfare from the University of Pittsburgh. With over ten years of experience, she specializes in working with children, young adults, and families in various treatment settings, focusing on collaborative care. Lauryn has supported clients dealing with trauma, LGBTQ+ needs, at-risk behaviors, anxiety, foster care, and diverse mental health challenges.

Described as open-minded, kind, and eclectic, Lauryn prioritizes building rapport and trust in early sessions to establish a strong therapeutic relationship. She uses a range of approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play and Art Therapy, behavior modification, and CBT, to engage clients and families in whole-person treatment.

Her recent training includes traumatic grief, mental health care for gender minority youth, solution-focused therapy for trauma survivors, and ethics in the digital age. Lauryn is committed to helping clients set short-term goals for long-term success and is always eager to learn new techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.

Kaitlin Kennedy

Kaitlin is a licensed clinical social worker who studied social work at the University of Pittsburgh. Kaitlin has about 13 years of experience working primarily with children and teenagers but also enjoys working with families and adults individually. Kaitlin utilizes behavioral therapy, play therapy, and art therapy techniques when working with youth. When working with adults, Kaitlin enjoys teaching coping skills, discussing relational issues, and helping clients work through traumatic experiences. Kaitlin specializes in treating trauma, issues occurring in childhood and adolescence, and relationship concerns.  Kaitlin is currently working on seeking additional training to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and also has some additional training related to Substance Abuse disorders.

Initial sessions will focus on discussing core treatment topics, discussing goals, and gaining rapport and trust. Kaitlin’s approach is generally laid-back and friendly but also heavily focuses on problem-solving. Sessions will foster a safe and supportive space to help clients work through and resolve concerns holding them back.

Daneya is a Licensed Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. She has provided therapy for various clientele, including adults and families and uses an eclectic approach to therapy that is individualized for each client. Daneya pulls from an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to psychodynamics, systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She specializes in treating people experiencing depression, anxiety, sexual addiction, and attachment issues. She believes that suffering can often be alleviated by addressing root causes such as childhood trauma, attachment issues, and family of origin wounding.

Daneya feels privileged to help people work toward personal growth and seek emotional fulfillment. She strives to provide a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where humor is encouraged. The most important component of any therapy is the professional rapport between client and therapist. Daneya will spend time getting to know each client and building a collaborative plan to work toward clients’ treatment goals. She believes each client is an expert on themselves and seeks to create a welcoming space for clients of all ages, races, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Heather specializes in working with adolescents and young adults who may need extra support and guidance as they transition in their education, lives, and careers. She helps them navigate independence, responsibility, and healthy choices. Heather also supports adults in recovery and helps them process and integrate difficult or traumatic life experiences.

For individuals who are taking the first courageous step toward therapy, Heather would like to help you develop awareness, improve your relationships, determine your willingness for change, and support you in making successful life transitions. In therapy, she will create a safe and supportive environment of non-judgment, genuineness and empathy to assist you in reaching your goals.
